4. Data Retention — File Deletion

We do not retain your files. Here is the exact lifecycle of your data:

• Your PDF is uploaded to a temporary location on our server
• The conversion is performed immediately
• The original PDF is deleted immediately after conversion, regardless of whether it succeeded or failed
• The converted output file is deleted immediately after it is sent to your browser
• Temporary processing files (e.g. page images) are deleted immediately after conversion

5. Cookies

6. Third-Party Services
